Howdy...I am Feather and I live in Mathews County, Virginia. I wish I had found SASS years ago. My husband, Carolina Charlie and I have been married 33 years and have always believed in having a hobby together. Well...we enjoy SASS a lot more than Ballroom dancing! We have met the nicest people and shoot almost every weekend.
I enjoy dressing in the Indian style...and found the best website for ordering Native American clothing. It looks like buckskin, but is washable and very soft and comfortable. It is fun to design your own fashions. The website is owned by Marie Whitefeather and she is a true artist! Prices are good! The website is www.whitefeatherdesign.com. I have attached a picture of me wearing one of my shirts with my cowgirl hat and leather. I get matching headbands from Marie and use them for hatbands. The mocassin boots can be ordered online from Minnetonka....FYI, they run small, so order them a size larger than what you usually wear!
We usually shoot with the Mattaponi Sundowners at West Point and the Pungo Posse, but also enjoy visiting other clubs across VA. We are looking forward to Blue Ridge Roundup and going to some bigger matches this year.
